AI CALL AGENT
The scheduling calls,
made and answered.
An AI call agent that makes your confirmation calls and catches the ones you miss, on the phone system you already have. Every call is recorded, transcribed and handed back as a result.
The calls you never see
are the ones costing you.
Before any agent makes a call, we read your existing phone history. On one construction group's own lines, the gap between what the phone system reported and what actually reached a person was large.
How this was measured
- Source
- One construction group's own phone lines, first-party call logs
- Sample
- 846 inbound calls
- Answered basis
- A person picking up at an extension, not the system auto-answering the menu
- Result
- The system auto-answered 648, but only 169 reached a person
- This is one group's telephony data, not an industry benchmark.
- The gap is what an agent can catch. It is not a promise of new revenue.
- Calls that reached a person: 1 in 5
- Callers who hung up in the phone menu: About 47%
- Overnight calls, midnight to 8am: Almost all missed
Turn a confirmation
into a task.
You create one task, name what to confirm and when, and the agent does the rest. It calls, has the conversation, writes back the outcome, and transfers to a person the moment a real decision is needed.
- Create the task: Who to call, the number, what to confirm, the site, date and time.
- The agent calls and talks: It states who it is, confirms the detail, and handles a request to move the time.
- It writes back a result: Confirmed, moved to a new time, declined, or a voicemail to retry later.
- A person takes any real decision: When something needs judgement, it transfers a live call, with no redial.
The missed call,
handed back with context.
After-hours and overflow calls get answered. You get a message you can act on, not a recording to replay three times.
- Who called, and why: The name, the reason, and a callback number read back and confirmed on the call.
- How urgent, and the mood: The agent flags urgency and the caller's tone, so you return the right one first.
- The full transcript and recording: Every conversation is written down and recorded, attached to the message.
- Repeat callers recognised: A known number is matched to its history before the agent even answers.
It sits on the phone system
you already have.
No new number, no rip and replace. It runs on your existing PBX, and it is built to fail safe.
- No number change: Runs on your existing lines and trunks. Callers dial the same number.
- Read-only access: The phone system is connected with a read-only account. Outbound never gets write access to it.
- Your audio stays private: The call audio does not route through our control servers.
- Fail safe by design: If the agent is ever unavailable, the phone system's fallback sends the caller to voicemail. No one is hung up on.
What it will not do.
The limits are the point. This is a backstop and a coordinator, not a salesperson.
- It never quotes or promises a timeline: Commercial and delivery commitments always wait for a person.
- It never invents a number: It speaks only from an approved fact list. Anything outside it goes to a person.
- It only calls numbers you approve: Outbound numbers come from the task list and a whitelist. The model cannot decide who to dial.
- It says what it is: The agent discloses that it is an assistant, shows caller ID on outbound, and every call is recorded.
Every call, on the record.
A recording, a transcript and a clear outcome for each call, in one place. The same funnel that showed where calls were leaking now shows what the agent caught.
- Recording and transcript: Listen back or read every agent conversation, kept with the call.
- A result, not a recording to decode: Each call carries a clear outcome and a task you can action.
- Measured against the leak: The call funnel shows where you were losing calls, and what the agent now answers.
Start with a call health check.
We connect to your phone system read-only, read your recent call history, and give you a report: how many calls you are losing, and where. Nothing about your setup changes to find out.
- Read your history: Connect read-only and analyse your recent calls.
- See the leak: A report of missed, abandoned and after-hours calls, by hour and by line.
- Roll out in stages: Zero-risk lines first, then after hours, then daytime overflow.
Common questions.
Does this replace my reception?
No. It is a backstop and a triage layer. It catches the calls you would otherwise lose and hands them back with context, while a person still owns the real conversations.
Do I have to change my number or phone system?
No. It runs on your existing PBX and trunks. Callers dial the same number they always have.
Is this a marketing dialler?
No. It makes specific, task-based confirmation calls, one at a time. It is not built for bulk campaigns, and we do not offer that.
What happens if the AI fails during a call?
The phone system's own fallback takes over and sends the caller to voicemail. No one gets hung up on.
How do you keep it secure?
The phone system is connected read-only, the call audio does not pass through our control servers, and transfers only reach numbers you have whitelisted.
Is it recorded, and is that compliant?
The agent discloses that it is an assistant, outbound calls show caller ID, and calls are recorded with the notice your state requires enabled before go-live.
Find out what you are missing.
Start with a read-only look at your recent calls. If the agent has nothing to catch, you have lost nothing finding out.
