How long does implementation take?

It depends on the tier and scope. Product deployments are the fastest; configured rollouts start with a mapping step that produces a concrete timeline before you commit; custom work is scoped with deliverables and timeline fixed up front.

How is pricing structured?

Products run on subscription (seats and usage). Configured solutions combine a one-off implementation with subscription. Custom engineering and commissioned research are project-based or retainer — always agreed before work begins.
