CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE · ADELAIDE

Construction scheduling and reporting,
built by engineers in Adelaide.

Cyberate Technologies is a construction technology company whose head office and engineering team both sit in Adelaide. We build scheduling, reporting, quoting, feasibility and compliance systems for residential construction, plus custom systems and AI agents for operations that no existing product fits. This page is about what having the engineers in this city changes, and about what we have deliberately not published.

What a head office here
actually changes.

An 08 number is easy to buy and proves very little on its own. Four things are harder to arrange from elsewhere, and together they are why a South Australian operation gets a different answer from us.

Cyberate works across Australia and New Zealand; the systems are not South Australia only. What is local is where they are engineered, and which jurisdiction's detail has been tested hardest.

  • The cost lines are the ones you actually pay: Feasibility here is modelled line by line against the fee schedules, statutory charges and delivery costs that apply in this state today. Stamp duty and SA Water contributions sit in the model as their own items.
  • The code we test against is this state's: Our drawing-based compliance research is set in South Australia's Planning and Design Code, so the rules it was written against are the rules an assessment here is made under.
  • The engineers are in the building: Adelaide is where the people who would build your system already work, which is why a first conversation can be about your own workflow rather than about arranging the next one.
  • One working week, one clock: We keep Australian Central Time on an Adelaide landline, Monday to Friday. Your close, your site meetings and our working day are already on one calendar, so nothing waits overnight for another hemisphere to wake up.

The planning system here
is the one our research studies.

Our applied research practice, conducted with Australian university partners, holds the 2025 Best Paper Award from AUBEA, the Australasian Universities Building Education Association, for a data-mining study of South Australia's own planning approval register. The consent records behind it are this state's, lodged through PlanSA, South Australia's statewide digital planning portal across 18 Adelaide metropolitan councils. That study is now Chapter 2 of the Australia Housing Market White Paper (2026), published by RESI, the Australian Residential Construction Institute.

Evidence note

Paper
Unlocking the Building Pipeline in a Housing Crisis: Data Mining South Australia's Planning Approval Processes.
Award
Best Paper Award, Advanced Construction Project Management theme, 48th AUBEA International Conference, University of Canberra, 2025.
Second study
More than 50 assessed South Australian residential cases, each pairing the plan drawing with its official assessment outcome, supplied through DDDI Group and its industry partners.
Peer review
Peer-reviewed and amended over four revision rounds before final submission.
Figures and limits
The consent counts, the sampling method and what the analysis does not establish stay with the chapter that publishes them, on the Australia Housing Market White Paper.

Scheduling, reporting, custom builds,
and the agents that sit inside them.

Most people arrive here having searched for one narrow thing rather than for a construction platform. Each of these has its own page with the working detail on it, and none of them is a roadmap item.

Checkable details,
and the ones we do not publish.

A local page is easy to write and hard to verify, so every line below resolves against a public register or a published paper. The note underneath says plainly what is missing, because a reader finding that out later is worse than reading it now.

What is not here: no staff gallery, no customer list, no South Australian price sheet and no published response time, because none of those exist. We also do not claim ISO or SOC marks we do not hold. Ask in a first message and we will put you in front of the person behind the system.

Questions we get
from this side of the border.

Who builds construction scheduling software in Adelaide?

Cyberate Technologies builds construction scheduling software in Adelaide, from its head office at Rose Park. The scheduling system holds programme, crews, materials and site readiness as one dependency picture, and a Scheduling Agent can propose a resequence for a scheduler to confirm. The legal name and the ABN are published on this page so the company can be checked against the Australian Business Register before you call.

Can you build construction scheduling software for an Adelaide builder?

Yes, and the usual starting point is a single scheduling workflow rather than a whole programme system. We follow how today's programme gets made, revised and passed along, work out which dependencies are costing the idle days, and begin there. Agent assistance on resequencing arrives afterwards, once the underlying workflow holds up without it.

Do you do automated reporting for construction businesses in Adelaide?

Yes. Cyberate builds automated reporting for construction businesses in Adelaide, and reporting is one of the systems rather than an add-on. It assembles project and business reports from the cost, progress and project records an operation already produces, gives each audience its own view, and routes every draft to a named person for approval before it is issued. The agent drafts; it does not release.

Is Cyberate only for South Australian companies?

No. Cyberate works across Australia and New Zealand. The head office and the engineering are in Adelaide, and the systems are configured per organisation and per market across Australia and New Zealand. What is genuinely South Australian is the detail tested hardest: the fee and charge lines inside the feasibility model, the Planning and Design Code our compliance research is set against, and the consent dataset that research was run on. The company pages carry the full service-area answer.

What can we verify before making contact?

The legal name and the ABN on this page resolve against the Australian Business Register. The AUBEA 2025 Best Paper is a public conference award and the paper is cited in full on our publications page. Chapter 2 sits inside a white paper that RESI publishes rather than we do, and the page says so instead of blurring it. What you will not find is a customer roster, and that is a choice rather than an omission.

Can we visit the Adelaide office?

Yes, by arrangement, Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm Australian Central Time. The contact page carries a map of the office. The people in it are engineers and operators, so a visit is a working session about your own workflow rather than a presentation, and it helps to bring the process that keeps breaking.

Whether the problem is quoting, scheduling, reporting, procurement, document review, group finance or site coordination, Cyberate starts with the way your operation actually works.
