We don't do research because universities need industry. We do research because the construction industry needs better answers.

Why does a technology company invest in research?
Because better systems begin with better evidence. Research lets Cyberate explore new technologies, validate new methods and solve industry problems before they become commercial products.
Can organisations commission research from Cyberate?
Yes. Research as a Service covers market and industry research, operational data analysis, technology validation and methodology studies, with scope, method and deliverables agreed up front.
Do you only work with universities?
No. We work across universities, research organisations, industry partners and government-funded innovation programs such as ARC Linkage and the Australian Economic Accelerator.
Does research lead to software?
Often, yes. Many of our systems began as research projects and became operational platforms after validation on live construction projects.
What data does the research draw on?
Primary operational data from DDDI Group's live development, construction and supply operations, longitudinal data from deployed systems, and public planning and market sources. Data used in research is de-identified, and client data is never used without explicit agreement.
