RESEARCH · DIGITAL TWIN IN CONSTRUCTION
Digital twins transformed manufacturing and infrastructure. Our research explores how the same concepts can improve residential construction.

Construction projects change constantly, yet project information is delayed, fragmented or collected by hand. Managers routinely make today's decisions on yesterday's information.
Construction sites are temporary, highly variable and constantly changing. A useful digital twin has to fuse design, site progress, scheduling, procurement, quality, defects and AI into one continuously updated representation of the project.
OUR RESEARCH
Research is conducted alongside universities and industry partners.
Our goal is not to create digital replicas. It is to create better construction decisions.
Universities, developers, builders, government agencies and industry organisations: we welcome research partnerships that improve how Australia's residential construction industry plans, builds and innovates.
